To me, the stereotypical IT consultant is someone who enjoys only computers, not people. Biren is not typical. He is a great communicator, both with people and computers. In a church, the second busiest week of the year is the week preceding Christmas. Three worship bulletins to do, two concert bulletins to do and a HUGE number of "end of the year" contributions and to be recorded. It is NOT the time for your server to crash on a Friday morning.
